There is no "one look" for Egyptians (much like any other country's people).
Modern Egyptians are mixes of ancient Egyptians, Nubians, Greeks, Romans, Phoenecians, Arabs (of various tribes), Persians, etc. -- many of the "empires" that conquered Egypt at various times in history had people who made homes there, and they thoroughly mixed with the locals.
There are light-skinned and dark-skinned Egyptians. There are black-haired, brown-haired, and even blonde Egyptians (without dye!). There are brown eyes, blue, eyes, green eyes, etc.
The majority of modern Egyptians are mainly of recent Arab descent, but even those have mixtures way back in their history -- and exceptions to that geneaology are very common.

Egypt has one of the largest populations in the world. Being off the Mediterranean Sea it was at one point a major port for trade. People from all over the world have settled there. The majority of the people may appear to be northern African (Arabian). However, people from Western and Southern African also live there. And don't forget that Cleopatra was Greek, who had sons from a Roman King. So the hues of the people could range from the lightest European to the darkest African.

Egypt is a country with a population of about 70 million, which is massive compared to the area of the country. Their looks changes between north and south. Southerns from places like (Aswan) are a mix of africans and ancient pharaohs. They have tanned to dark skin with sharp noses and big eyes. I've seen some really pretty girls there. when you go up to Cairo people are typical Arabs. They're color is lighter, black hair and big eyes. Near the mediterranean sea in places like Alexandria they have lighter skin and sometimes you can see blonds. Still they vary so much in their looks when you go east to the red see and west near the borders of Lebya. In general they have typical Arab features.

Just like with any culture there is a wide variety in appearances. They are arabs/north africans so many are dark with dark hair. Some, however, are more fair.

They have darker skin that Europeans, and people in the south can have very dark tanned looking skin. I suppose they resemble people in the middle east the most.
