Your PC is infected with adware. Use these scans to remove it.
All of these are ones that I personally use and all are free. After you install any of them, make sure you update them to get the full affect.
Spybot - Search & Destroy detects and removes spyware, a relatively new kind of threat not yet covered by common anti-virus applications. Spyware silently tracks your surfing behaviour to create a marketing profile for you that is transmitted without your knowledge to the compilers and sold to advertising companies. If you see new toolbars in your Internet Explorer that you haven't intentionally installed, if your browser crashes inexplicably, or if your home page has been "hijacked" (or changed without your knowledge), your computer is most probably infected with spyware. Even if you don't see the symptoms, your computer may be infected, because more and more spyware is emerging. Spybot-S&D is free, so there's no harm giving it a try to see if something has invaded your computer.

You need to buy yourself a spyware/adware/malware removal tool for Your computer. Sounds like you installed Active X from these sites and certain cookie types which attach themselves to your system, leaving you with add pop-ups and sex pop-ups.
1st-Make sure you clean out your temp files, your cookies and IE Cache/ and History.
2nd- use a spyware tool
3rd- Put your pop-up blocker on
You have to be careful while visiting these sites because installing active X can lead you to a nice virus.
Hope this helped you out if so leave thumbs up thanks.

What everyone else said, but also, don't visit adult sites. Even if you personally aren't someone on your computer is. Porn pop-ups really don't just hitting computers at random.

You probably are infected with spyware, so download a good free program like spybot search & destroy or ad-aware, which both get the job done. Spy Sweeper from webroot does a better job, but costs money.

It sounds like you have been infected with spyware. You should download and run a spyware cleaning program.
Assuming you have a PC running Windows, my favorite is Microsoft Windows Defender
http://www.microsoft.com/athome/security/spyware/software/default.mspx
This program will scan and clean the spyware you have now, as well as protect it from getting reinfected in the future.
Hope that helps.

I would scan your computer for adware\malware software -
www.trendmicro.com - it's free online virus\spyware\malware scanner
then to prevent future pop-ups go to www.panicware.com and download 'Pop-up Stopper Free edition' it works really well.
