Your secretary may be having a problem with her sentence structure. Not a good thing for a secretary. But, anyway she may have meant to add "for" in her sentence. If that be the case you have a good one there. A secretary that is willing to go the extra mile (or 6 inches) is one to keep.

Well now, since I don't know her, I'd have to guess as to what she means by the word "Blow". I think she means she will spend it on anything and everything that's not really essential.
