LOL I like what God_baby said you lazy fart LOL anyway I think the her boss is from Australia because they have very interesting way they talk for example Good Day Mate and it like hey no crowd man probably mean no worry no crowd I know they say no worry but never heard of no crowd sound funny. I would assume no crowd is no problem.

It depends upon what industry you work in if you work in a service industry it means that there is no crowd today so it is not a problem

Yeah, he probably means "no prob" and his spell check automatically changes it to the next closest meaningful word--crowd. Try it on your spell check! :)
