I was wondering how long you could, or should do it, when to stop, obviosuly it shouldn't be very rough at all, but any advice for a couple (who before this had sex everyday) to prepare for the months ahead?

You can have sex throughout your entire pregnancy as long as the doctor says it's safe for you to do so.

However, I have noticed that my large belly is always in the way and it makes sex more uncomfortable...

Try different positions and see what's best. Also, if it hurts then STOP!!

Good luck

Unless there is a complication and your caregiver says no sex, you can continue to do whatever you want for as long as you want. You can have sex right up until your water breaks.
