How can I sync my HP iPAQ Pocket PC with sbcglobal.net?

I have a HP iPAQ Pocket PC and would like to know how I can sync it with sbcglobal.net my yahoo email site.

All you need to do is set up the account as a POP3 via Outlook and it will sync over to your Ipaq
