One way to get rid of a zit is either have someone with clean hands pop your zit or just put alcohol on it and don't touch and if a couple of days it should go away. If you get them on your chest wear a shirt that would cover that part of the chest. That is the only thing I would do.

Same problem here. Wash your face at night. I use clearasil Ultra. Get it at cvs it's 8 or 9 dollars and it works (for me at least, you can read the container- clearer skin in three days) As for covering it up, I use maybelline shine control or something like that. Just get concealer that matches your skin color, mine works for bags under the eyes too.
As for your chest wash with a loofah in the shower. It could also be that your clothes irritate your skin. I wear a white under tank a lot and on my chest i used to get pimples right around the line where it scoops, so it could be the clothing rubbing against your skin in that area. See what you think, and if you find that your problem is similar you might want to change the brand of detergent you use

what ever you do not pop it. The bacteria from your fingers will get in your pore and you end up pushing the bacteria from the zit deeper into your skin which makes it spread. Find a concealer that has a green base, it covers up the redness. Also, proactiv sells make up that has salycitic acid in it and sulfur, which helps heal them. Normally it takes 7 days for a zit to fully heal and go away. My face isn't perfect either and I use proactiv and it really works!

I have an acne treatment that has won me the best answer ten times. Each time, the person said it worked great. I'll copy and paste it below.
Use a hot compress on it, and then use cool water to close the pores. Do the process over and over again, about five or six times. Use soap to wash the area, and then treat it with an alcohol soaked cotton ball. It should be gone within five to six hours.

Woah. Don't fret, most teens have spots, at least you don't have severe acne! Cleanse your face every night and just use a concealer to cover it up in the day, don't pile too much on or it looks really obvious that you have a spot!

Try smashing up an aspirin, put in a little water to make a paste and put it on a night before you go to bed. I've read that this works for some people.
