Depends where. I mean, at the North Pole or up a mountain somewhere, it snows lots in winter. In London, England, it's only snowed a couple of times (or maybe a few, not many anyway) since 1973 on Jan 1st.

It's snowed a lot here in Montana since '73 on New Years/New Years Eve. Don't know if you were talking about where you live but maybe narrowing it down a bit would help!
