Has anyone ever experienced any anxiety, nervousness and just a feeling of "Oh my goodness what have i gotten myself into"? when they first got pregnant? I'm excited, and then i get nervous and panic, is this normal?

Yup, I had wanted a baby sooooo bad and had been hoping and hoping and then when I got pregnant I was so excited and then all through month 2 I was worried sick. What was I thinking? How can I do this? Will I ever have time with just me and my hubby? I have so much to do! It goes away and now I am just thrilled, still scared about the birth but I'm sure I will survive! Just enjoy it, it asses by way too fast and you don't want to miss any of it. But you are not alone I think we all feel like that!

Hi there, I just laugh about my past 3 years of panic now. I was not able to go anywhere without carrying xanax. Fear of having another attack was the most important subject of my days.When i first found joe barry's web site i started to cry because of my happiness.

Completely normal!!!! When I saw the faint positive on the home test I had to sit down! Then I just handed my husband the test without saying anything and cried (and not tears of happiness either!!) It's normal to be scared. I've been terrified and excited my whole pregnancy...it's just part of the process.

Yes - even on my third pregnancy I felt like that. It even got worse the couple of weeks before the baby was born. Then it was all bliss after that and I've never looked back.
