Or an afghan if you knit or crochet. Maybe a more complicated pattern. I can do a simple afghan in a few days.

Building a beginners airplane kit would. Depending on the size of the kit, it can take between two and a half to four weeks to complete. You'll need a table, Elmer's water-proof wood glue, hobby knife, t-pins, rubber-bands, newspapers for easier clean-up(plastic wrap works very well too), mono-coating(a type of shrink wrap for such projects), and a blow-dryer.
