Hi Muffy!

Sounds like you are just starting out and are considering all your
options- THAT'S GOOD! Since you asked, let me give you a short
list of what MY honey did before she got breast augmentation:
1. Research, read and research some more! Like you are buying
something (and you are, but it's for your body), become an
informed consumer. Go to augmentation websites for info. (I'll give
you a few in sources). Is there a type of surgery you'd prefer (no
visable scars? Natural look, or really large?)? Then find a surgeon who specializes in that and go to him for a consultation.
2. Doctor: Get on the same mental page with him about what you want!!! (Very important!). If you want D or DD implants, and
he/she says, "I'll only consider doing C's on you." Find out his reasons and if you don't agree or it's obvious he isn't comfortable
doing that size/type of implant-GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! It's better to lose $100-200 consult. fee than be messed up later...
If you don't know size/shape medical info., then find pictures of
women on the net that have your body size and the size/shape of breasts you want- that way BOTH of you now have the SAME idea of what you want.
3. Finally, feel free to shop around for a good deal, but remember: Buying a car or electronics should be governed by
price, but what is your body worth? Sure, a doc. in Mexico will
save you thousands, but how much will it cost you to fix what he
messes up? Get the best surgeon for the job.
I hope the above helps you- please write if you have any questions.

Let me just say the key is interview and select a really good surgeon. These guys advertising $3-4000 implants aren't going to give you good results. I see a lot of plastic surgery in my profession and most of it is bbbaaaadddd! So, when I see good results I asked who did their surgery. You'll be surprised that it narrows it down to 2-3 doctors. I interviewed 3 surgeons before choosing and I am thrilled with the results. I had a breast lift with implants and a tummy tuck. Best $$ I ever spent!

My best friend got breast implants, i myself would like a breast reduction, anyway my freinds turned out really good and i've had a friend who had a bad experience. So, you need to make sure you research your options and don't just pick the first doctor you see, also my freind got hers below the muscle and says it looks more natural. also don't go to big, maybe a size larger than you are now and go with silicone if possible. my girlfriends cost around 8000 so you need money as well.

Breast Implants surgery is very safe nowadays. My cousin got her breast reduction, tummy tuck and facelift surgery in India by the company called Forerunners Healthcare .The Price for the surgery she paid in India was very less. She paid 30% of the cost she was quoted in America.

Forerunners Healthcare is very famous in India. They arrange cosmetic and plastic surgery for foreigners in India. I read a lot about them in the Newspapers and about their patient stories. They arrange financing for USA, Canadian, UK and other international patients who plan to have surgery abroad for low price, as the breast reduction, tummy tuck, facelift and other cosmetic surgery is not covered by insurance. They also have photos pasted of their International patients. You can checkout their website. There are huge cost savings. As a doctor I personally believe that surgery can be easily handled in India, as the quality of healthcare available In India is simply best in the world. The surgeons are USA/UK trained and facilities are 5 star.

Hope this helps.

You need to discuss this with your plastic surgeon. He can tell you about the risks of each type of implant and the benefits.
