For me, the worst is definitely the 'Dirty Sanchez', or as it's also known, anal-to-mouth. Not only is it pretty gross (in my opinion), you also have very high risks of disease, given that fecal matter has a lot of bacteria that you shouldn't be getting anywhere near your mouth or lips. I just don't see the appeal.
Second worst is a tongue ring, since I just don't really like them. They make people sound like idiots when they talk and they don't look nice to me. I just don't know why anyone needs one- get a piercing somewhere else, people!
After that, I'd place 'Backdoor Liberator' (that's right- 'liberator', because I don't see it as violation'. It's not the best, because it can be slightly uncomfortable (or downright painful if not done right) and is often a pain in the . . . neck (lol) to have to do (cleaning yourself out first, gathering all the supplies like lube and so on, etc., etc.). But it is a LOT of fun, too, so it's right in the middle on the list for me.
Next is a french kiss, because they rock!
And the best is, of course, passionate love. You can't beat true passion, which excites every part of you- your mind, your body, your soul, and results in the best relationship and sex imaginable.
