I have this VERY AWESOME website. I've read various manga books there. They sometimes miss out on one or two pages, but that doesn't matter much...

http://animanganetwork.hostanime.com/index.php -they currently have passwords for everything so you'll need to figure it out
http://www.phoenixenflame.hostanime.com/ -the link leads you to a page with three options; click on the first called 'Manga Hosting' and it leads to a page...
http://www.mistysensation.tk/ -I haven't checked this site out yet, but it hosts lots of mangas
http://passioncrane.blogspot.com/ -some mangas are for download and some are for online; just browse through it
http://www.stardustdomain.tk/ -this site is fairly active with a couple mangas to read and extra stuff, too
http://mangahider.kawaiimanga.com/ -this site hosts downloads and online; just seach around (the snowflakes are the buttons to browse pages)

You can try your local library! They have mangas you can check out and take home with you now.
