Sensitization is the process the trainer uses to provoke a specific response from the subject to external conditions or stimulation; increase in responsiveness to the eliciting environmental stimuli is the hallmark of successful sensitization. Both habituation and sensitization are used to organize and focus a society's behavior toward a specific goal.
Do not exalt those of insignificant ability so that the people do not compete.
