I love eBay. I have not had one single bad experience in over 5 years and a hundred purchases. I will always go to eBay first if I want to buy something. Just check the sellers feedback and try to use PayPal where you have some chargeback rights. Read the item description carefully.

Good. I love Ebay. Selling on Ebay is very easy and a great way to make extra money. You can also buy slightly used and hard to find items very cheap. Payment is easy if you are a member of Paypal.

Very good experiences overall. Like someone else said, do check the sellers feedback; also check the shipping/handling prices. Some sellers will charge you a lot more on shipping (and they call it handling) than the item should be.
Example: one guy on there (not sure if he's still there) will sell Two bills (two dollar bills in his case) and charge you $5.99 shipping. It cost 39 cents (one stamp) to put two bills in an envelope (10 cents). Be careful.

I prefer overstock.com. At eBay, some of the items are sold by individuals, where overstock is sold by actual companies....reputable ones. You won't have to worry about getting screwed.
If you do use eBay, make sure to look at the sellers profile!

ebay is a great thing.... it helps people find very unique items where they could never find anywhere else.... however, there are sometimes bad things that go into ebay, like the the sellers that are fakes and give the buyer something totally differnet than what they wanted.

Buying stuff...very good! Especially if you pay with paypal. I've never not got any item or anything like that! So...that's good. Selling wise...it's a bit expensive.
