Music from Gears of War ad?

Anybody know the artist/song name for the tune they play during the Gears of War Playstation game advert on TV? Some of the lyrics are, "...no tomorrow, no tomorrow, mad world...mad world..." It's a single male voice, very soft, slow and in a minor key. Thanks!
