Means that everything you think about or do has something to do with one thing. Let's say NASCAR. You spend your day thinking about your favorite driver's stats. Every conversation you have eventually returns to it. Things like that.

it usually means your mind is always on sex. if your one track mind is focused on work they usually give you bonuses. if your one track mind is always focused on sex then you usually just get stds. life is unfair.
