Alright, Sirius Radio does this thing where they automatically renew your account without any notice and take a years subscription out of your bank account. Now, I can't get the money back and if i want to cancel they will charge me 75$ deactivation fee. Sooo, yeah im pissed. Can i take them to small claims court or something, how do i get my money back?? The supervisor i talked to kept telling me i was crazy for wanting out because of all the great programming. F*** Sirius. What do i do?

There's not much you can do since its all there in the terms and conditions. Just keep calling back and hope you get someone who's more than fair who will let you cancel without charging you a deactivation fee. I'm signed up month to month so I can pull out at any time.
