Is what I love to do as a hobbie!
Is there any other beaders and wire workers like me?

I am. I have it bad, more with the wire than anything, but I do add beads to some of the things I make. I made my daughter a chandelier for Christmas from lits of swirls of wire and strings of marbles and beads, so beautiful. My sister is a freak for making jewellery, bling she calls it, but I am not into jewellery just like to make practical or arty looking things. My brain is bursting with ideas, its just finding the time and space, mainly space, I hate having to pack away my things so we can eat dinner off the table, how rude !! Eat outside !!!!!!

Feed the need at http://www.diynetwork.com and click on the show Jewelry Making. Great show for people like us but don't forget to look in on the Carol Duval show and type wire work or bead work in the site search engine.
She has been on HGTV and the DIY network for years with step by step pix and instructions and links to the designers and artists as well as suppliers.
Have fun!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I started out with beads and wire. Now I'm taking my hobby to the next level--I'm currently pursuing a BFA in jewelry and metalsmithing!
