We finally found out who is eating our food a pesky it also ate/killed our kittie and we live in a twenty story should i cut the head off of the animal or drop it from the balcony?.

Call animal control. I know someone who tried to handle a racoon situation himself and the animal attacked him. If I had to pick one of your options, off with his head!

Call animal control. If you cut the head off and drop it from a balcony your looking a good animal cruelty sentence.

If you do either of these actions even though it is a wild animal it counts as animal cruelty and if you catch it which is highly unlikely it will bite you and you will need rabie shots if you dont get those you could die. So trying to kill the raccoon may kill you in the process.

Stop putting food out, eventually it will go away, and call animal control. Raccons can be very dangerous when cornered.

turn it in to animal control or just set a trap for it next time it comes so that it can learn a lesson
