Or should regular powder be applied in between?

Apply your foundation, your regular powder and THEN your bronzer. Be sure to use a large dense brush when applying your bronzer. A kabuki brush is perfect! Less is more when applying bronzers so start with a small amount of product and start at the very edge of your face near the hairline around your cheekbone and work in a circular motion to your temple, forehead, your other temple and on around. Make sure to blend, blend, blend.

Another application technique is to use a large fan brush in the same areas sweeping from the hairline toward the center of the face.

Hope this helps!

all liquids first, all powders second. so after foundation, apply all over powder, then add your bronzer. do the base of your face before you add color. good luck!
