Are you talking about the fluid under the skin around the cyst?
This is not a type of blister, but is the body's attempt to pad the area against inflamation. It's nothing more than a water based fluid produced by the body. Once the cyst is removed, it will go away by itself. I had an inflammation in my wrist once and the fluid built up so bad, that it dropped to my forearm, near my elbow and looked like a golfball hanging from my arm.
