yes, parents are not parenting any more, at least very many are not. It is very sad that children are raising themselves. People should focus on family and home instead of jobs and money. I think it's good to have a job, but it should not come first. Many people work so they can pay for child-care, dry cleaning and maid service while they drive their new expensive car. I know a few of these people. They even drop off their ironing for someone else to do. They could stay home and raise their child and drive something used.

People like to point the finger. Video games don't make people kill other people. I was 7 when I first played Mortal Kombat and I didn't go out and rip someone's spine out. If someone does something like that, that person already had some sort of chemical imbalance.
Society needs to shut up and stop blaming games and movies and music for violence. If that was the problem, we'd all be killers.

video games are being blamed for violent crimes (and that i visit confer with the Grand robbery vehicle sequence) because of the fact video games are meant to be exciting. once you're taking a seat and play a interest like Grand robbery vehicle, the place you run around and kill human beings and thieve issues (basically), some human beings discover it exciting. because of the fact it truly is exciting in the interest, they're motivated to make certain if it truly is worth it in the actual international. so as that they pass out and commit against the regulation and then blame it on the video games they performed (that's a thoroughly poor excuse at the start). The police evaluate this excuse even nonetheless, and that's what gave video games certainly one of those adverse stereotype.

Me too from the Chronic to Doctor's Advocate I've been listening to gangster rap. I've seen Scarface lots, played all GTA games. And the worst crimes I've done are shoplifting when I was 13, and smoked weed. I had good parents that's why I'm a good person.

Environment is important..I think the biggest thing is that parents need to do a better job raising their kids and actualy give a &^%& about how they turn out. Secondly, I think there needs to be a shift in who are considered role models..Rappers, Athletes and the like aren't usually good role models.

I completely agree with you. Parents need to be parents, but unfortunately many people want the idea of "having" kids, but not raising them

I think your correct, and at the same time ... I think that one should be able to make music, without having the need to use profanity every second word ... and to be able to refer to the opposite sex, without the need to call them bit*hes and hoes. I've never understood rap ... an extremely harsh/sad way to express ones self, IMO ....

Then you were lucky you had some balance from good parenting to offset the negativity but remember there are lots of kids who don't get any parenting.
