Since fish didn’t go to a deep sleep like we do. Most of the time they just resting. Just like most all old people do in the chairs. They spend most of their time hiding so they wouldn’t being eaten by everything else, out there from their hiding place. Fish do come up sometime to taking a breath of air, and hurry back to their hiding place at the bottom. I kind of doubt it if they dream to be out of the water. It would be a nightmare to them if they ever do, dreaming. So, no fish wouldn’t dry dream, the closest thing to it would be a nightmare.

Yeah, and they're called nightmares because the fish dreams it is out of water and suffocating to death.
