My former fiance that I broke up with 15 years ago (yes I said 15 years!) sent me a Christmas card saying he missed me and would I think about calling him? eek!

If I wanted to talk to you I probably already would have called!!

That is weird, goes to show that he's had a crappy life and be happy that you weren't part of it!

If you've fallen out of love with him and are now in love with someone else, then I don't know if it would be a good idea. If you are afraid you'll fall into love with him again, remember why you broke up. But if you miss him too, then go for it. It probably isn't a good idea though, judging on how you said you haven't called him because you never found a reason to talk. It depends on how you feel about him and what you're willing to risk.

I dont know the real story, but I would suggest listen to these above answerers saying.. ignore him. I agree with them.

If your past relation has been resolved in the past..moving on is the best thing you can do..If you are not ready for next pain. or don't want to have another break up with him...yes..Ignore it and gvie thanks for having a wonderful 15 years without him.
Listen to someone who has experienced of getting back and later didn't work... this is not judging about the guy. life is not always fair... but in every decisions we make, someone has to pay the price. you could atleast wish him that he could have a girl he deserves and don't bother you again. just don't make a big deal of this card so it won't affect you in the future..

He is feeling lonely and probably on the rebound and is reminiscing about the good ol' times with his best ex's! Dont you dare fall for that snake slithering his way back!

Yep, it's a bit weird. But it might be nice, in a way. Maybe he just wants to catch up. Did it end really badly?

That is kind of weird but I guess it depends on how and why your relationship ended. Maybe he never got over you and wants to reconnect.

Creepy! He is probably going thru a divorce or something like that right now. I wouldn't even contact him.

Just don't call him - ignore the card - hopefully he'll have enough sense to know that you don't want to be bothered. Hopefully!
