It used to be the other way around...but all of these over-paid NFL athletes make it coaching H-E double hockey sticks...with all that criminal and self-serving behavior.

Saban got offered a $8 to 10 million coaching deal at Alabama. That could pay off the university tuition for his great, great, great grandchildren. Just goes to show how much money is being made at the college football level. Big bucks. I guess Alabama has gotten tired of playing second fiddle to Auburn and wants to return to the days of Bama coach celeb Bear Bryant.

This is GREAT!! It shows NFL owners and the commissioner that people are tired of NFL Ego's, Players running their mouth and forgetting that the average joe is spending half his paycheck to see the bums play a kids game. Coachs like to coach on and off the field. They can do this in college. Plus most college coachs keep their job longer than 3 years unlike Pro coaches. College kids are playing their Heart out. The pro's play for a paycheck 1st. them themselves and that's it. They don't play for the team, the city, the fans, the state . I can't stand pro athletes. I know the pro's were in college at one time. The difference is they didn't get paid in college.

Saban is a control freak. With the Dolphins he did not have the power to make player decisions. With going back to the college level he gets the power back. Look for Bama to be in the top ten in 3 years.
