The whole idea behind karate is non conflict. The best move would be to turn around and run. It might not shut her up, but you won't have to listen and chances are good she won't talk to you again (or at least, give you the silent treatment).

It's called the "yes dear". Another fancy move that she will never see coming is called the "you are absolutly right sweetie". If neither one of those work, try the "you sister and your best friend are better in bed than you" move. That one is sure to shut her up.
