well I believe that true love never dies ...just run into her as fast as possible and dont let anything come in your way to make you hesitate !

First you need to find out if she's with anyone. You don't want to cause any problems for her or yourself.
Second of all, if she still takes your breath away, go for it! I mean, she could be feeling the same way about you...but you never know unless you actually try.

After 15 years apart, you two may be in very different places in your lives. I do think you should pursue her. Every thing happens for a reason, just proceed with caution and don't have too high of expectations.
