Brett Favre is still a Great QB but its time for the Packers to look at their future. I can't remember how long Favre has been there but it has to be hard for him to quit. If thats all he has ever done what else will he do? He doesn't know and thats why he hasn't left yet.

I would like to see Favre retire.

He has been a great, great player.

I don't want to see him go out with an injury.

But, since the Packers ended the season with several wins... I think he will be back.

He wants another shot at the Super Bowl.

But, he is taking a big, big chance.

He certainly is a future Hall of Famer.

No Way! You can't blame the 2005 season on him. Ahman Green missed the whole season, Javon Walker and Donald Driver, his two main targets also got injured. Last year was on their defense. Favre almost led them to the playoffs this year. With a little more help from his defense he would have made it.

With the sorry shape of the NFC where you can win your division at 9-7. I think he should stick it out one more season, and make a run for the playoffs. I think the fact that the Pack was improved this year will weigh on his decision to play next year.

i think its time for him to go. he did what he had to do with the packers. they 2 times in the superbowl and won 1. if he doesnt leave, the packers will have the same type of record as theyve been having this past years.

I agree he needs to go the Packers aren't winning anything for a couple of years. He should get out while he came still walk. Ive played football for years and it really hard on the body, he has nothing to prove time to go.

Great guy, great player, who has handled a lot of adversity with class. Still, when it's time to go...

No! He is still playing great and why hurt a good thing? I want him to play at least one more year and kill Marino's records!
