I think that they will jail him and he will mysteriously be killed in jail. The tape has caused a lot of trouble between the Suni's and Shites

Most likely, nothing will happen to this person. If Iraq is to have a truly DEMOCRATIC Society, then the people would have freedom to do this type of thing, until the laws of the land are laid out & in print. The people can't be expected to be mind readers when it comes to the laws that they are supposed to obey. That is the fault of their new government leadership & the people in power, not the person who filmed it!
