The hymen? When the hymen breaks there will be a small amount of blood. SMALL amount. Nothing to freak out about.
Oh, and if you're old enough and mature enough to have sex, then you're old enough to get the language/terms right. If you are unable or unwilling to then DON'T.

If by "broke the skin" you mean ruptured the hymen, then it hurts for most females. And there's blood. How much varies from female to female. But we feel the pain long before we see the blood.

'broke the skin' normally come with a little bit of blood n slight pain[ uneasiness ] but the extend varies from individual, others factor include [1] how your partner 'treated' you [2] the experiences of your partner [3] how prepare you are both mentally n physically, your mood, the place, ambient, timing etc, in short mean are you ready ? [4] the position/style [5] size of the penis etc etc !
