I went out to Lunch with my company, that was fine, because they were buying. We decided on TGIF. I ordered a shake and it came in a tumbler-one of those half type glasses. So, it was about kiddie shake size. I decided to let that go, I didn't need all the extra calories anyway. I then ordered a Jalapeno burger. We finally got the food about an HOUR after ordering it. I was so hungry by the time the food came I was just chowing down, then I realize that something was off. They had left off the Jalapenos on my Jalapeno Burger. I told the waitress and she said she go get Jalapenos for my burger. Mind you, she didn't take the burger, was only going to bring me a small bowl of Jalapenos. I'm easy going, so I said that was fine. But she never brought them! I asked her and she said she had asked the kitchen but they wouldn't get them for her.
By then, I had had it and asked for the Manager. Here is exactly what he said to me: "It is employee appreciation day today so we aren't fully staffed. So people aren't going to get what they want or the food that they ordered." I was like, "Huh?" WTF is that?!
I ended up blowing a mini-fuse and we got my part of the order taken off and I got a coupon for a free appetizer, big whoop.

I love Greece, had just relocated with my job to a college town and heard of a really authentic Greek restaurant......I went and the food was great but the music being played was totally out of feel for the place....ruined my experience there....never went back. So now I save my Greek dining to when I am over there.

Tucumcare(sp?) NM, undercooked fried chicken from a small take-out place.
We were traveling to Ky from Cali, and were exausted and disgusted !!

Found a bug in my food, got into a fight with my husband to be, and had to borrow money from the bartender to cover the check because we had forgot our money.
