YES!!! I've only had 2 wet dreams in my life and I'm 21. The good thing about sexual dreams is that you can feel it, if you know what I mean... Well if I dream that a man is having sex with me it feels like I'm actually there... It's fantastic, don't know if anyone else feels like that??!! I had a dream 2 months ago that one of my best friends was having sex with me and I came!! Just like in my dream! I woke up and thought about changing my pants!! lol

I would say yes, although I've never been able to do that while I'm awake, I've had sexy dreams and reached orgasm..so if you can do it sleeping I would imagine you could do it awake if you have the concentration.

Yes. I've seen it- guys who have completely hands-free experiences where they go from flaccid to erect to ejaculating without ever laying a hand on themselves. It's quite amazing!
