Some home pregnancy tests say they can detect the pregnancy hormone up to 4 days before your missed period...but they don't tell you that for each day away from your start date the percentage of accuracy greatly drops. The best results from a home pregnancy test happen on or after the day you expect your period........before that there just may not be enough of the pregnancy hormone at that time to be detectable.....

Immediately. There are some tests that can tell you 5 days before you miss your period. Try First Response. Good Luck

ClearBlue has a new digital test. It says as soon as 5 days on the box. They are on sale for $10 at brooks pharmacy right now, thats $3 cheaper than the walgreens store brand. It has 2 in the box. Good luck!

Its safe to take a test at any time, but the longer you wait the more accurate the result will be and the less likely it is to be wrong
