First of all, congradulations on your strength and courage!
I have to ask since you didn't mention it, have you ever considered the specialty bras designed to be worn with full breast enhancements? The cup of the bra has a "pocket" that you insert the fake breast into, giving you back your feminine curves. While the inserts are expensive ($200+ per pair) the bras aren't.
If that is not an option you want to explore, here are a few ways to give the illusion of upper body curves with your clothing:
1. Wear wrap, or faux wrap, tops. They help draw the eye down away from your bust, but at the same time the ruched material across the bust adds some interest to the area.
2. V neck can create the same effect, but look better when paired with empire waistlines for a fuller illusion.
3. Try tops with more fabric around the neckline, like a cowl or ruffles, that add a bit of bulk to the area.
4. Horizontal lines arcoss any area make it appear larger. This doesn't have to be done with stripes, you can get the same effect with patterns, seaming, and empire waistlines.
5. Try a two tone shirt, where the top is lighter than the bottom. The darker color will make your waist look smaller, while the lighter color will make your bust look bigger.
6. Jackets! I love jackets, there is a style to solve every woman's body problems. For you, look for a style with wider lapels and/or decoration on the lapels to add interest to the area. Then wear a shirt with an intersting neckline under the jacket. Keep it simple with one or two buttons, so the bust area has plenty of fullness to it. A three or four button jacket would bring it in too much.
Or instead of trying to fix what you now see as a problem area, try to maximize your best assets. Like if you have shapely legs, wear things like pencil skirts, tailorer pants, capris, and heels to draw attention to them, and off of your torso. Or if you love your waist, then tuck in shirts, wear wider belts, try fitted tops and jackets to show it off.
Focus on what you like about your body, instead of trying to hide what you don't like. You'll probably find that you have more wardrobe options that way, and you'll feel better about yourself.

Start with color first. What colors do you think you look really good in? Believe me, most people think clothing is all about shape, but matching good colors to your hair, skin and eyes is more important. A well-matched color will the first thing that someone sees on you and will get you compliments every time. This also includes where you plan to wear it, because lighting is important, too. Just because something looks good in the store doesn't mean it will look good outside.
2nd, wear a style that accents one of your best features. Every woman can point to something that they are proud of. Then, match what you wear to this or that feature. When you highlight a feature other than your breasts, the medical issue to which you are referring to will not be an issue anymore.
Plus, the more self-confidence you can give yourself at this stage is very important, so wear what makes YOU feel good and comfortable. A pretty smile and a kind attitude will go a lot farther than what you may think in this world.
Good luck!

It may not be at all what you are interested in, but have you tried on the bra inserts? I know a couple people who have had DM and wear them and say they are quite comfortable and they really are natural looking. If not, then I say you should wear whatever clothing styles you love and not worry about how it looks, because it will only seem different to you, not to everyone else. It will really look no different than if you were a person who was very flat chested, and they wear all styles without worry of how it will look. Try not to feel that you have to camoflage, because you have nothing to hide. You are a beautiful, triumphant winner!

I am not going to suggest bra inserts or anything of the sort like others have because apparently you are not interested in doing that if you haven't already. Theres no need to feel un comfortable or try to portray an image that isn't necessarily you. I would say the flowing kimono tops or the deep cut v neck shirts that are loose fitting and you wear a pretty under shirt underneath. there are plenty of flat chested ladies out there so wear whatever makes you feel good... you must have been through alot and have earned it!

I have a friend that has gone through this and she typically wears the clothes you have mentioned. My thoughts as I read this is there is a need on the market for clothing in this situation. If your good with imagination and have a talent in creating clothes my suggestion would be to create new styles that make you feel better then find a marketing industry that is looking for something different. Not only will you feel better but you will help many others that are going through this.

Try some twinsets. There's a lot of variety in color, texture and weight. I put a page with several reasonably priced ones below.
Also, have you considered prosthetics or mastectomy bras?
Best of luck to you. :-)

Some insurance companies will cover breast implants if they are associated with a double mastectomy. Try calling them...
Good luck!

Why not get some breast prostheses and wear a bra and just start wearing regular clothes again?
