i have lot of work to do but i cant do it in such a short period ,so pending work goes on increasing so how could i sort it out

Hello,

The basic thing to start off is prioritizing. If you have too many things and have limited time it is better to identify the taks into 3 categories :

Urgent / Immediate
Immediate
Can be done later

Keep reviewing this list once a day. Also create an activity log for yourself to identify the time wasters. This will also help you to identify non productive tasks that could be avoided. Learn to delegate the tasks for better results.

You will get lot of good tips on time management soon but one that people least consider is this. Do asses the volume of work and learn to say "no more" as your plate is full. Also if you are already loaded then learn to delegate. Other tip is that sometime it is best that you put in 20% of effort and get 80% right then try to put in 100% effort and get 95% right. This tip must be followed with care though.
