When you launder your linen, put your pillow in the dryer an low and let it fluff. You can spray linen spray on it and then fluff, that is a fresh scent......Use a down pillow and keep it fresh with the dryer, that's what I do...Happy Sleeping....

Buy the best pillow you can afford. Be prepared to spend some big bucks on a quality pillow that will not go flat on you. I have multiple pillows on my bed - two sets of cheap pillows fill my two contrasting sets of pillow shams. These are placed on the floor when I go to bed. I sleep on Laura Ashley firm bed pillows. They were on sale, but the original price was $25.00 each. Some pillows cost much more than that. My pillows retain their plumpness and shape.

Good luck on finding a comfy pillow.

when your pillows(i'm guessing fibre fill) start to flatten out , throw them and an old but clean shoe, and a dryer sheet in the dryer for about 15-20 minutes. should keep them fluffy and fresh
