Well I live in Chicago, so I'm gonna go with the locals for a stuffed/deep dish pizza: Giordano's, Malnati's, Gino's, Uno's. Is Edwardo's local? I like that one, too. :)
Otherwise, Papa John's is good for cheap pizza, for thin crust.
