Data on a computer can never be completly deleted without distroying the hard drive. There are programs that will clean up temporary files etc. Hard drives can be demagnitized and still recovered by experts. There are some software companies that claim they can erase files like the Program called Eraser which you can check out at. http://www.heidi.ie/eraser/ . It states on this website for eraser "when you delete a file, the operating system does not really remove the file from the disk; it only removes the reference of the file from the file system table. The file remains on the disk until another file is created over it, and even after that, it might be possible to recover data by studying the magnetic fields on the disk platter surface." But to clean them off for the standard user this sofware is cheap and effecient.

The best solution is to never, ever use a work computer for personal activity. Seriously. There is *no* 100% effective solution other than that -- and though your IT department probably won't look very closely, an IT guy with some time on his hands and a vendetta against you could easily find something no matter what you do.
If you've already used the work computer for personal use, find out the kind of hard drive your computer has, buy another one, and make arrangements to have the IT department pull out the old drive IN FRONT OF YOU when you turn in the computer, and give it to you for disposal, in return for the new drive that they can install and image. Yes, it's a lot of money, but it's the only way to be sure.

Download a program called ccleaner (Crap Cleaner) it will clean everything of the computer, however there is no way for you to clean off the incoming server. You can never get rid of it from there unless you are the tech.

Cheers. playstation , I do desire which you understand that XP has some common device standards and which you have have been given upgraded your device for this reason. in any different case, it will crash on a ninety 5 point computing gadget. working example it desires a minimum of 512MB RAM for itself.
