Yes they can!!! Sometimes, pregnant women go through this stage where they want to cut their hair short... that was me my last pregnancy !!!! Now that i look back at those pictures i wish i would have let it grow. Since you take prenatal vitamins it makes it grow long and strong.So go ahead cut if you like there is not harm in it. Be sure toask your Dr about color though some say different for different people.

You can cut your hair anytime. I don't understand why you would ask if you can cut your hair while pregnant? You shouldn't color your hair or perm your hair while pregnant and there are medications you should not take but cutting your hair has nothing to do with pregnancy.

Yes of course! Be cautioned however, when having your hair washed, don't let the stylest lay you flat on your back. This is especially important if you are further along in your pregnancy as the baby can push down on one of your main arteries and make you pass out!

yes and you can also dye your hair but not recommened til after 5 or 6 month the chemicals might harm the early stages of pregnancy I cut my hair through out my pregnancy cause it kept growing too fast

ive done everything you can do to your hair while pregnant. although things are harder to take like perms and coloring which i had to do myself cause no one will do it when your pg. i don't know what the risk would be for just cutting your hair. i think it'll be just fine
