It's all in the hips. Your torso will be relatively stable, but your hips and legs will be doing the movements. Keep your posture strong, and your head facing forward (otherwise you'll get dizzy if you keep swinging your head right/left)

wear shoes with somewhat of a heal, not too high(if you are not used to high heals), wear loose clothes, no tight fitting clothes at least the bottom, a nice t-shirt will do and a nice skirt or loose pants. bring deodrant cause you gonna work up a sweat lol,

have loads of fun, i did

o and one more thing, if you have a real salsa teacher who knows what he is doing and enough men to dance with, never ever wanna try to lead lol

I've been doing salsa myself...Its wonderful so jst go ahead n do it. Just go out there, feel the music n shake ur booty! Have fun!
