windows defender with "one care live"?

i am running "windows live onecare"on vista beta and its turned windows defender off
is it safe to turn defender back on or shall i leave it off,and has onecare has spyware monitoring capabilities

ONE CARE DOES HAVE spyware capabilities and you can turn Windows Defender on but be aware that All BETA PROGRAMS are NOT the finished product and may cause problems. If you continue with it is at your OWN RISK.
