i got a cell for christmas. it was free with the 2-yr activation. i think its been less than 15 days (they have 15day return policy), so can i exchange it for a different one?

They give you fifteen days. If you don't want it, you can return it and get a new one.

Yeah, if it's within buyers remorse period you can exchange it and get a different phone. You have to return it to where it was purchased though. And if the phone you want instead is a more expensive phone you will have to pay the difference. Good luck!

Yeah just go to the store and they will look up your information and you may switch.(You will have to pay the difference on the new phone though)

call the company and explain to them and ask them and see what they say..they might let you..knowing the sitution.
