This is something you should be talking to your parents about, not strangers on Yahoo Answers.
Let them know how frustrated you are by the unequal time you and your sister each are allow on the computer. Try to be mature, calm, and rational. If you loose your temper, or whine about it, you only come across as disrespectful to your parents, hence why you keep getting banned from the computer. Sit down with them and ask that they (your parents) set a time limit that you are each allowed to use the pc.
As parents, they should be aware of what their daughters are doing on line, and how much time they are spending on. Maybe they just don't realize that your sister is dominating the pc chatting with this guy, leaving you with no time for your own personal and academic pursuits on it.

First, you should be considerate of other users of this forum and spell check your question so that it can be read and understood correctly.
As to fair computer time, why not ask your parents to establish exact times that you can use the system as well as other members?
Or, a required sign up sheet! In order to use the computer, one has to sign up on the sign up sheet, noting the time that they will use the system! Too, the automatic time limit of 30 min.
To use the computer more than 30 min, they must sign up again after their first 30 minutes are up!
No one may be allowed to sign up two times in advance!
Break the rule and computer privilege is lost for 30 days.

why dont you just work out a rota for the computer so that one day you go on i first for an hour and then she goes on it for an hour and the next day you swap, if she wont let you on after her turn of being first then consult your parents, sign an agrement between you aswell saying that if one of you doesnt let the other have there turn on the compouter then that person gets banned from the computer for 2 days!

Are you close to a library? You can use their computers; otherwise make a pact with your sister to time share.

Spk to your parents calmly. Tell them that you would like equal access to the computer and ask them to set and enforce access rules.

Maybe when you're older you will be allowed to. Say in about 10 years time.
