I have lost alot of weight and my stomach has went down some can anyone give me advice because I don't have much available time because I work two jobs, and I have a son and husband.

It's super hard to lose baby weight. I gave birth to my second child 4 months ago and am still trying to lose the last 10lbs. It takes a lot of dedication to diet and exercise. You'll need to pick a diet and stick to it, then start an exercise routine that includes a little bit of muscle building and a little bit of cardio, this combination will help you lose the weight faster. A great way to do this is use a treadmill or go for a light jog first thing in the morning (a great thing to do with baby in the stroller) and then do something like Pilates in the afternoon. I know it's hard to fit in, (I have a husband, 4 year old and the baby plus I run an in-home daycare) but if you can do this even for just 10 minutes each every day, you will see a difference within weeks. I heard breastfeeding reduces the stomach drastically. Also, get a pilates or yoga ball and do crunches on it while you sit with your baby, watch tv, etc.

yes u ve waited long , try on the tummy belts u can wear thru out the day time even while on work, and breast feeding works superbly

*exercise and eat right-- give it time it will come off

* consider joining a gym
