You should wear a tie with a pattern in it one that has the same color pink as your shirt.

I got a really neat blue purple and pink tie from Jos A. Banks that looks AMAZING with a pink dress shirt. If you are going to ear a pink dress shirt do it with style it's a good idea to have a patterned tie with a hint of pink in it! It makes the colors pop!

That would really depend upon the color slacks you are planning on wearing with the pink shirt and whether or not there will be a sports coat or suit jacket to go with the whole outfit...
Please be more specific - but to be on the safe side I would pick a color in the same range as the pants you are wearing but keep it solid..... without more details - this is probably the best you will get from a good number of those who answer honestly

a dark grey tie would look amazing with a pink dress shirt thats the best color to go with pink that looks good

Are you wearing the pink dress or your girlfriend wearing the pink dress?..........if its the g/friend..then....a pink tie for you is appropriate to wear....if your wearing the pink dress ....the color of the tie,
it won't matter....everyone will be laughing too hard looking at your pink dress.........but white tights would be nice for you with a pink dress...

Not knowing anything more about you, my vote is definitely with the grey.
It's quite hard to get a pink that truly goes with black. That doesn't stop the fashion world, but then how many trends are actually flattering?

What color pants are you wearing?? If you are wearing black pants, then you could go with a black tie. Or black with pink.
