at armageddon when joey mercury got injured did the match get stopped or did it carry on without joey mercury?

they too him out of the ring I believe and let his partner, johnny metro keep going in the match

They let the match contiune with Nitro being the only one in the ring. They threw Mercury out of the ring which is the reason the match didn't get stopped. If he had still been in the ring at the time they came out I think they would have stopped the match or something.

The match still continued. What happened is he rolled out of the ring and the referees sent him to the local hospital.
