Time to start learning the value of money. Go get a part time job - mowing lawns, ironing, walking dogs, paper rounds, trolley wally etc. Sit down with your parents and confess all. If you are below 18 you should not legally be in debt so your parents will have to sort that out for you.
Set yourself a budget on what you want to spend and work out how you are going to get that money!
Sell everything that you have bought that put you in debt and get yourself sorted out.

I dont understand how you could possibly owe so much money when your not even old enough to have a job. If you are not old enough for a job then I doubt you are old enough to have real bills. Most likly you want money to buy the things your parents wont get you, I know thats why I wanted a job @ 14. You should try looking into babysitting. If you have older folks in your neighborhood, you can offer them your help with things around the house. You can also be a paperboy/girl. Theres a few jobs you can do, just make sure you talk to your parents first to make sure its safe. Good Luck.

"but at what point to a draw a line? And how do I do that?" The line should have been drawn a long time ago. At this point, you need to either tell them that enough is enough, and you will not be lending them any more money until they pay you back what they already owe you... or continue to let them take advantage of you. As for them driving your car, that's simple. Stop giving them the keys (or require they pay you for gas before you hand them over). Or, alternatively, stop putting gas in it, and take the bus. I would also suggest that you find an apartment. You say you moved home "to save money", but the reality is you're not saving anything.

How could you owe a lot of money but be too young to have a job? That makes no sense! I suggest you talk with your parents.

I think that you should do little things to get money!! Such as plow snow for people rake leaves do w/e you can do in any sort of whaeather to get money, because if you said you would pay the people back you made a commitment to them and they were generous enough to let you borrow the money so now you have to pay them back!! Also if you know you don't have a job then why are you borrowing money from people. Think before you ask for things. But for w/e reason you thought that you could pay people back... I wish you the best!!!
Good luck!!

How can you owe when you know you can't repay? Starting the credit decline early, heh? Are you too young for babysitting or mowing lawns? You are never too young to hustle a few dollars. Do what my nephew does for extra money-buy a bag of suckers and sell them one for .50 or 3 for $1.00
