Okay, I like the Wii and I am getting it in March however ( not trying to be a fanboy) but I also love the PS3 and was wondering if there are game such as Resistance: Fall of man on the Wii?
Or games within the genre of: dead rising; Gears of war, of devil may cry.
I like Zelda and Mario but I wanted to go for a more intense game experience and break away from the term of saying Nintendo is for kids (Despite being 14 - in march - myself).
Now, concerning the Wii stock dialema I was wondering if there was a site where I can reserve a Wii to make sure I will get one delivered on the 2nd of March otherwise I will just get one earlier than planned =D

Well, if you like war games, on wii you should try Call of Duty 3. Is good, but not AS good as Gears of War.
As someone said before, if you love action games and war games, perhaps you should buy an xBox instead.
I own a Wii and it got some GREAT tittles, specially Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess. And of course there's a decent chance you get stuck on Wii Sports with its LAME graphics only because of the innovative gameplay.
I will suggest you to buy a wii if you have a special interest in trying a different way of playing video games. But you have to sacrifice video / audio quality that you can obtain in an xbox or in a PS3 (you are paying the half anyway).
And...about the reservation site...I highly doubt it. If you find a wii on your way during the first quarter of 2007 (January-March), get it as soon as you can. Nintendo already announce that their wii stock problem might last until April-May-June (who knows?).

The Wii is a different sort of console aimed at a different market. It's great fun I've got one but at the moment it doesn't have the games you've mentioned though I'm sure there are great games to follow as I believe virtually all the Game developers have signed up to develop games for the Wii. There is a medal of honour game out at the mo but I haven't played it.
The graphics won't be as good as the 360 or the new PS3 but at the moment I believe in the UK and Europe it's been the fastest selling console ever. So I don't think it will be long before some great games come along. I know new games based on the Alien films are being developed as we speak but I not sure when it's due for release. It's a great console if you don't expect the best graphics . The legend of Zelda is reckoned to be one of the top 10 games ever on any format. So as far as I'm concerned it's great fun at the price and it's evening got my wife starting to play games so it can't be that bad!
It will also give you a work out because some of the games like boxing, your completely knackered after two bouts.

Hate to assert it because it says u do no longer choose zelda. yet Zelda is astounding. Its frequently storyline, and what a storyline. You get some mini video games, which you will decide for to do, and not be compelled to do in some occations, and the photos are not to shabby. The zelda interest extremely exhibits off what the wii can do.

Red steel is kinda like those but it stinks. Theres a new shooter coming out soon that looks promising.

hehe maybe you shoulda gotten the 360. theyre KNOWN for their war games. Also better graphics with the number one online game right now gears of war.

I would try getting the wii online. I got my wii at http://www.doiop.com/wiii . all you do is put in your email address. i got mine in sent out in less than a week.
