People can be ticklish pretty much anywhere on their bodies, and that includes all 'erogenous zones' as well. I hate to admit it, but this is one of the favorite places for my partner to tickle me, especial with a feather, and usually does it in conjunction with another 'unmentionable' are just in front. Works great as a turn on, even though it is sheer torture!
